Due to technical difficulties BBO broadcast was unfortunately delayed a bit - our apologies about that. Of course, it did not prevent the players from starting the competition promptly according to the schedule. However, recording the bidding and play on the first few rounds was not possible without the nowadays so normal technical devices. Fortunately our operator, Pinja Pyykkönen, was resourceful and clever to use the old fashioned method, namely paper and pen. And even more, she typed those early boards in the BBO records during the lunch break. Thank you for the effort!

As for the competition, the leaders after 8 rounds (24 boards) are Tiina Elsinen - Antti Elsinen, second Ari Pakala - Kari Noponen and third Janne Seppälä - Pekka Söderlin.
